- 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted halfway between middle and edge comes out clean. let stand 5 minutes before cutting. serve with bacon strips if desired.
